Tiny Movement Cursor

Background: Disabilities are unique. Accessible devices need to work with each individual’s capabilities.  Many disabled people cannot use commercially available mice for screen cursor control.

Solution: Mouse cursor control and clicking functions can be separated to fit each person’s abilities. Our Tiny Movement Cursor uses infrared sensors to track minute finger movement and translate it into cursor movement on the computer screen. The device can be placed anywhere on a wheel chair or desk with adjustable parameters and self-calibrating software.

Status: Working prototype under development.
