As a Beta Tester; I agree to provide constructive, transparent, and honest feedback regarding the functionality, interconnectivity, and my personal impressions of the device, the application, and how the combined system compares to my previous experience with equipment I currently use (or have used in the past).

I also agree that my likeness & image be used regarding product research, description, and promotional materials; including website announcements, product instruction, social media communication, and (with my permission) my feedback may be added as part of a testimonial. All customer features and testimonials may occur in text, video, or still photo format.
